San Andreas, CA — 28 year old Gregory Everett II of Stockton was arrested earlier this week for driving under the influence in Calaveras County.
Early Wednesday afternoon Everett was driving his 2008 Toyota northbound on Olive Orchard Rd. at a high rate of speed. Due to his level of intoxication he lost control of the vehicle and ran into a small grass embankment north of Hwy 26. The vehicle overturned onto its roof and eventually landed on its right side.
Everett only suffered a cut to his leg, but he was arrested by the CHP and charged with driving-under-the-influence.
