Valley Springs, CA — Officials were dispatched to a residential structure fire this morning at 741 Hogan Dam Rd. in the Valley Springs area.
The first call came in at 4:27am, and at one point the home was fully engulfed in flames. Officials have not yet calculated a damage amount or determined the cause.
