Yosemite, CA — Yosemite Valley is getting its fair share of snow as around 18 inches have fallen in the past few days.
Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are now closed for the winter season, but the other major roads remain open.
?We always urge people to carry chains, but as of now the roads into the Valley (Hwy 120, 140 and 41) are open with chain restrictions,? says Gediman. ?We´re looking to get Badger Pass, our ski area, open on Friday. With the blue skies today and beautiful weather, it has been just gorgeous.?
Gediman adds that at least 2-3 ft. of snow have fallen in the upper elevations of the park.
