Tuolumne City, CA — Crews are working to put out a vegetation fire at Murphy´s Ranch, located just outside of Tuolumne City.
According to the U.S. Forrest Service, it is estimated at two to four acres in size.
A spokesperson says early indication is that the fire may be the result of an escaped burn pile. It is reportedly moving at a very slow rate of speed.
