Sonora, CA — Saturday morning at 1:35 Michael Moseley Reavis of Hwy 108 in MiWuk was stopped and arrested by C.H.P. officers for a vehicle code violation relating to altered vehicle registration information.
Inside the vehicle Sheriff´s deputies discovered two saws: a Stihl 056 and a Homelite. Upon further investigation it was learned the Stihl saw was recently stolen from a MiWuk residence.
Reavis was booked for possession of stolen property. He remains in custody Tuesday morning. His bail was set at $10,000.
