Arnold, CA — Three trees were vandalized as a result of a civil dispute in Arnold.
Calaveras County deputies say three pine trees at a private residence were cut in such a way that they would topple onto the house during high winds.
The residence was unoccupied at the time of the crime.
Deputies believe the motivation for the vandalism stems from a civil dispute last fall.
Suspects have been identified in the case while the Sheriff´s Department is following up leads and an investigation in ongoing.
