Jamestown, CA — 27 year old Forrest Richard Lowe of Jamestown was arrested Thursday and booked on possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth smoking paraphernalia, threats against a peace officer and violation of parole.
Lowe was spotted walking on 10th St.-Sierra Ave. by Deputy Robert Nikiforuk. Once stopped he admitted that he was under the influence of methamphetamine. Nikiforuck discovered a small quantity of meth and a glass meth smoking pipe on Lowe´s person.
During the course of the stop Lowe threatened to kill Nikiforuk. Lowe was handcuffed and booked into the County Jail with no bail amount posted.
