San Andreas, CA — A group of Humane Society volunteers spent the weekend making improvements to the Calaveras County Animal Shelter in San Andreas.
Tons of gravel was spread and fence panels were erected to create a new dog run.
The addition was paid for through Humane Society donations.
Dogs at the shelter now have a place to play and exercise outside of their kennels.
Also, potential adopters can use the dog run to interact with the dogs.
