San Andreas, CA — The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors meets Tuesday and will consider a joint water committee and take a look at the Parks and Recreation report.
On the agenda is an item to form a joint water committee with the Calaveras County Water District. The committee would look at such issues as a low-income program for water and wastewater service charges.
And at 10 a.m., the board will hear the final report from the Parks and Recreation Task Force. The report includes a recommendation to establish an interim Parks and Recreation Agency and hire a parks manager. The agency would be an interim measure until it could transition to an independent special district.

The board meets at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the county Government Center in San Andreas.
