Sonora, CA — The Sonora Wildcats rolled to their 24th win of the year with their Tuesday afternoon 3-nil victory over Placer High School from Auburn.
With the win the Lady Wildcats extend their record to 24-0-1 on the year. The Wildcats have now scored 133 goals on the year while surrendering only five.
Thursday they will host a second round playoff match. Should they win they would then move onto the sectional championship match Saturday.
The Wildcats entered today´s match third ranked in the country trailing only prep programs in North Carolina and Michigan.
