Jamestown, Ca — The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors has given the green light to the Dry Creeks Subdivision.
The 93-acre piece of property is located on Golf Links Rd., just north of Jamestown. The 254 home subdivision will consist of a senior living complex and single family residential homes. There will also be a trail system, community center, swimming pool and land set aside to Tuolumne County for the future development of a fire station. The Supervisors approved the subdivision with a 4 to 1 vote at Tuesday´s meeting.
