Tuttletown, Ca — Traffic was at a standstill on Hwy 49 just north of Tuttletown earlier today.
CHP Officer Bob McCulloch says a logging truck became disabled in the roadway shortly before 11am. He says it was the first time the driver had been on Hwy 49, and the individual went into a curve using too high of a gear. The truck died in the roadway, and the CHP was forced to call in a tow truck. The CHP used one way traffic control for approximately one hour.
