Sonora, CA — According to Tuolumne County Fire Department Information Officer Craig Hart, the Wednesday 7:50am boiler room fire at the Standard Sierra Pacific Industries facility was due to a mechanical failure.
Responding to the fire; three CAL FIRE-Tuolumne County Fire Department engines and one ladder truck from the Sonora Fire Department.
There were no injuries to employees or fire crew members.
