San Andreas, CA — The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors is set for its weekly meeting Tuesday and will tackle a variety of items on its regular agenda.
First the board will commend Assistant Chief Probation Officer Richard Manders for his service to the county. Manders is retiring on June 22 after serving 24 years with the county.
Later the board will consider a four-year contract with MV Transportation for county transit services. The current four-year contract is set to expire at the end of the month. This new contract totals more than $800,000 per year.
The board meets at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the County Government Center in San Andreas.
