San Andreas, CA — 19 year old Austin Gates of Vallecito was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Gates allowed his 1999 Ford Ranger to proceed off the right side of Camp Nine Rd. east of Parrotts Ferry Rd. at 6:10am and collide with a rock wall and a boat-trailer.
Gates suffered minor injuries. He was treated at Mark Twain-St. Joseph´s Hospital in San Andreas.
