San Andreas, CA — According to CAL FIRE Emergency Command Center Communications Operator Ed Allendorf that reported vegetation fire on Twist Rd. near Hog Mountain Rd. at approximately 8:20 this morning turned out to be a false alarm.
The visible column of black smoke was emitted from the Ultra Power Plant.
