Sonora, CA — Thanks to Mother Nature´s heat wave, the traditional Saturday Sonora Farmers´ Market will run from 7:30 until 11:30am for the remainder of the summer.
The city´s Special Events Coordinator Sheala Wilkinson states that the predicted heat is simply too much to deal with this summer. In the past the Farmers´ Market ran from 8am until noon.
Wilkinson adds that a U.S. Air Force Band from the Bay Area will be performing at nine o´clock this weekend.
