Livermore Resident Arrested With Stolen Property

Sonora, CA — 36 year old Jason Edgar of Livermore was a guest of Tuolumne County over the weekend … a guest in the County Jail.

Edgar was contacted by Sonora Police at 12:55am Sunday for making an illegal left turn in the vicinity of the Pak-N-Save Supermarket. Edgar was also driving on a suspended license.

Within his vehicle was discovered a door knob with two Re-Max Reality lock boxes attached to it. A Sheriff´s deputy checked the business and determined that someone had tried to unlawfully enter the premises. The front door knob was missing. A Re-Max representative confirmed the lock boxes belonged to the agency.

Edgar was arrested and booked for possession of stolen property.
