Sonora, CA — 45 year old Jack Evan Tolbert was arrested minutes before nine o´clock Wednesday evening and charged with possession of narcotics, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
The arrest followed a suspicious 911 hang-up call received from a residence on Wasatch Mountain Drive in Sonora. Deputies responded and discovered a small assortment of narcotic tablets, methamphetamine smoking paraphernalia and a small amount of meth.
Tolbert was arrested and booked into the County Jail on $10,000 bail.
