Sonora, Ca — A tree in the roadway is causing traffic congestion on Phoenix Lake Rd., near the Belleview Creek Rd. intersection.
The tree is currently caught in a phone line along the road. The CHP has set up a detour. Expect a delay if traveling in that area.
