Sheriff’s Review And Suicide Rate To Highlight Supervisors’ Meeting

Sonora, CA — The Sheriff´s Department and the suicide rate will highlight the Tuesday Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors´ meeting.

Sheriff Jim Mele will present an overview of activities of his department from November of 2006 to the present.

In a 1:30 appointment Supervisor Teri Murrison will chair a discussion on the community´s efforts to address the suicide issue in the county. 13 people have already taken their own lives this year … last year it was 20.
