Sonora, CA — There´s a marriage within the Mother Lode real estate industry being announced today with Clark Segerstrom´s two Century 21 offices merging with the two Coldwell Banker offices operated by Mark Kraft.
When Kraft lost his partner to retirement recently he proposed the idea to Segerstrom over lunch. Kraft said that he had always recognized the benefits of a successful partnership. He feels the new entity will have the best and most agents with professional designation in the county in addition to the strategic location of the four offices in Sonora, East Sonora, Twain Harte and Lake Tulloch.
Kraft adds that combining the competitive natures of the two individuals will simply embellish what he and Segerstrom feel will be the number one real estate resource in the community.
Segerstrom, for his part, believes the merger will quickly become a better vehicle for helping clients sell and buy homes. He adds that the new partners will be able to outproduce other firms because of their size and increased budgets. In one year´s time Segerstrom predicts that the four offices under the Coldwell Banker umbrella will be selling one out of every two homes within the county.
Finally Segerstrom says that while other firms are cutting back on advertising and promotion, the merger will increase Coldwell Banker´s effectiveness, and that effectiveness will be unmatched within the local real estate community.
