Jamestown, CA — According to CHP Officer Tom Wills, the woman who pulled out on Hwy 120 at Sims Rd. and caused a serious two vehicle accident this afternoon was highly intoxicated.
The passenger in that vehicle had to life flighted from the scene with a reported collapsed lung and chest injuries. Three individuals in the other vehicle reportedly suffered moderate injuries.
The DUI driver, a female in her late 40´s or early 50´s, has been arrested by the CHP.
