Sonora, CA — An overturned cement truck has slowed traffic on Shaws Flat Rd. near Hwy 49.
According to CHP Officer Tom Wills the accident has stalled traffic on Shaws Flat Rd. and slowed traffic on Hwy 49.
CHP units are on the scene.
Cause of the turnover has not been determined.
