Tamarack, Ca — The CHP reports that a Groveland man suffered moderate injuries following a collision on Hwy 4 east of Tamarack yesterday.
26 year-old Gregory Shatraw came to a spot in the road where he was losing traction, and since he did not have chains on his tires, he attempted to make a u-turn. As he did, he was struck by a vehicle driven by 47 year old David Smith of Twain Harte. Shatraw was medi-flighted to Modesto.
