San Andreas, CA — A Copperopolis man is facing alcohol related charges after hitting a cement wall Thursday night.
California Highway Patrol officers say 21-year-old Joseph Rabeneau was driving on Bow Drive when he drifted off the road and hit a concrete culvert box.
Rabeneau was arrested at the scene for driving under the influence.
