Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors is directing staff to work with the community to come up with a plan regarding septic system regulations.
Residents from the Lake Don Pedro area flooded the Supervisor´s chambers during their meeting Tuesday to express concerns about added cost.
The Supervisors advised staff to involve local engineers and technicians in the brainstorming process to find a way for property owners to meet county and state water quality standards. The board will discuss the issue again at a meeting in March.
