Sonora, CA — Cold temperatures and the return of rain and snow will replace springtime conditions this week.
The National Weather Service says a cold air mass will bring an end to the milder than normal temperatures we have been experiencing in the Mother Lode.
Wednesday´s daytime high temperatures are likely to be as much as 15 to 20 degrees below those of Sunday and Monday.
Overnight lows will be much colder as well, with temperatures dropping into the teens and single digits in the higher elevations and the 20´s and 30´s in the foothills.
