Sonora, CA — Two Sonora women are facing various charges following a drug bust yesterday.
Members of the Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Department´s Narcotics Team, assisted by uniformed officers from the Sonora Police Department and Animal Control, served a search warrant as a result of a drug investigation.
Methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia was found in the home and vehicle.
23-year-old Miranda Armstrong was arrested for drug possession and 24-year-old Tori Mooney was arrested for a Fugitive Warrant from the State of Washington.
Animal control took custody of several pit bulls that were in the house when Deputies arrived.
