Mobile Home Not Total Loss After Fire Thanks To Firefighters And Neighbors

Jamestown, CA — A Jamestown woman is thankful to still have some personal belongings after flames engulfed her singlewide mobile home last night.

Karry Hubbard with the CDF says they responded to Rawhide Mobile Home Park after residents reported the fire.

Hubbard says the water heater caused the fire and there was $18,000 in damage to the home. She says thanks to firefighters and some mobile home residents $20,000 worth of contents was saved.
