San Andreas, CA — The Executive Director of the Calaveras Council of Governments is leaving his post.
COG is the county´s regional transportation agency and George Dondero has been its director since 1998.
He is leaving to take the same position with the Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission. His first day is April 3.
Dondero said he is proud COG´s accomplishments, which include making the county transit system a success.
