Twain Harte, CA — Spring may be right around the corner but winter is still present in the Mother Lode.
Four to five inches of snow fell on Twain Harte early Friday morning leaving the area looking like a winter wonderland.
Chains were required in a number of areas causing many to be late for work.
Although the sun is shining brightly today the National Weather Service is predicting still more snow for Sunday evening into Monday evening.
