San Andreas, CA — Come June 6, Calaveras County voters won´t have much of a decision to make when it comes to reelecting some of their top elected officials.
The county sheriff, assessor, auditor-controller, clerk-recorder, coroner, district attorney, treasurer-tax collector, and superintendent of schools will all run unopposed. They will all serve four more years assuming they each receive one vote come election time.
Signatures and petitions for the June 6 election were verified Friday and the ballot was confirmed.
However, in the two supervisor races, the incumbents weren´t as lucky.
Looking to run against incumbent District 3 Supervisor Merita Callaway are Jake Wallace and Travis Lauterbach.
District Five Supervisor Victoria Erickson will run against Russell Thomas and
Michael McDaniel.
