Sonora, CA — Mother Nature has not completed her wintry blast to the Mother Lode.
The National Weather Service reports that Sunday snow showers will blanket the area with from one to four inches. Higher elevations will see anywhere from two to five inches. The snowfall will taper off this evening.
On Highway 108 chains or snowtires are required at the west entrance of Twain Harte. On Highway 4, chains or four-wheel drive are required at Arnold. On Highway 88, chains or snowtires are required at Pine Grove with chains or four-wheel drive required at Dew Drop.
