San Andreas, CA — The development of a Benefit Basin Fee Program for San Andreas is underway.
The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors told staff to work on the program Monday.
The program will charge developers fees based on their impacts on local roads.
Basins also exist in Valley Springs and Copperopolis.
Before the fee takes affect, the program will come back to the board for adoption.
