Yosemite National Park, CA — A Flood Watch is still in effect in Yosemite National Park through this evening.
The National Weather Service says a heavier than normal snow pack and warmer temperatures have combined to cause Yosemite rivers to rise.
The Flood Watch is for the Merced River in Yosemite Valley. The warm temperatures will continue through Thursday and rivers will run near bank full with cold and swift water.
