Jamestown, CA — The C.D.F.-Tuolumne County Fire Department has brought two Jamestown area fires on J59 under control.

The first was a 10 acre fire while the second was a small fire adjacent to railroad tracks. Total area is now being estimated at 85 acres.

County Fire Marshall Kary Hubbard says fire personnel will remain on site for the next three to four hours for precautionary measures.
