Sonora, CA–Another dining option will be available beginning Thursday.
The Columbia College´s summer Culinary Training Program will run through August third. Every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30p.m, students will be practicing the art of commercial food preparation including the planning, preparing and serving of buffet luncheons for the public.
The Cellar Restaurant is located on the lower level on the Manzanita Building. The cost is $8.25 per person. The menu will change weekly, with this Thursday´s menu consisting of chili rubbed pork loin, grilled Alaskan Halibut, roasted stuffed tomatoes and much more.
