San Andreas, CA — 27-year-old Joshua Brian Marlar is in Calaveras County Jail on $15,000 bail after making a death threat at the Red Brick Saloon Saturday.
Calaveras County Sheriff´s Deputies responded to a call at the saloon at 11:30 p.m.
There, bartender 29-year-old Mandie Garcia of San Andreas says Marlar made a threat to shoot her with a firearm.
Deputies were advised of Marlar´s direction of travel and caught up with him to arrest him.
