Dutton Football Camp Opens At S.H.S.

Sonora, CA — Ryan Dutton´s Football Camp officially opened Thursday morning at Sonora High School.

More than 40 youngsters of all ages turned out for the start of the three day, three hours per day camp at Dunlavy Field. Defense was stressed on the first day of camp with specific passing drills for cornerbacks and safeties.

Today, the spotlight will be on offense. Saturday the curtain will come down on the camp with a number of contests and a “mock” NFL combine for the participants. T-shirts, prizes and trophies will be distributed to the campers tomorrow.

Dutton is a Minnesota State graduate. He has played with the Cleveland Browns and has already signed a 2006 free agent contract as a punter with the Green Bay Packers.
