Vernon David Wallace “Dave” Rickard, a resident of Columbia, passed away on Sunday, February 2, at his home. Donations may be made to the Mother Lode Adventist Junior Academy Endowment Fund, 40 Forest Road, Sonora, CA 95370. Terzich & Wilson Funera Home is handling arrangements.
