Dorothy Eunice Vincent, Born August 29, 1928 passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at her residence in Jamestown, California. She grew up in Williston N.D. and went to a one room school called Sandstone Elementary then to Williston High School, graduating in 1945. She was extremely accomplished seamstress. She worked for AT&T for 36 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
