Joseph “David” Utecht moved on to his “Heavenly Football Field of Dreams”Thursday, December 21st at Adventist Health Sonora, Sonora, CA. David is survived by his wife Laurel, children Brien Utecht of Sonora, Thomas Utecht of Woodland, WA step-children Jerry Harris, of Angels Camp, Paula Hussey of Huntington Beach, grandchildren, Chelsea, Jordan & Conner Utecht, of Woodland, WA, Daren Drown, and wife Darien, of Sonora, Jimmy and Emily Hussey of Huntington Beach, great grandchildren Dean & Dylan Drown of Sonora. David was known for his forever uplifted and happy spirit regardless of what trial he encountered. He will always be remembered for his laugh which could be heard throughout a room. He lived a life full of family, friends, happiness, fun and most of all love. He has left a legacy of love for all mankind. His glass was always half-filled, but mostly totally filled with all that loved him. Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.
