Giannini, Scott

Scott Giannini graduated-from Davis Senior High School and continued his education at Canada College where he studied as a computer technician. He worked for Fairchild Electronics and Schlumberger Limited for many years in the San Francisco Bay Area. He became an active member of Word of Life Fellowship Church in 1970 when he committed his life to Jesus Christ. In the 1980s he moved to Mi Wuk Village in Tuolumne County, California, when his church built a large ministry there. He then worked for Olson Electronics and remained active in his church serving in the Audio­ Visual ministry. He had a passion for the weather and started a site called “Disaster Scott.” Scott loved to help people. He became active in the ham radio community. For several years Scott would go to the Mi Wuk Library to help people with computer problems. While living at Sonora Senior Assisted Living, he helped the residents in many ways, and took time to listen and pray with both residents and staff. Scott served faithfully in Word of Life Fellowship for more than 50 years and built tremendous relationships there. He was greatly loved by all.
