Ralph A. Storm, a resident of Tuolumne County, passed away on Thursday, October 11, in Westpoint. There will be a Memorial Service on Tuesday, October 23, 2 PM at Sierra Bible Church. Private burial will take place at the Sonora Masonic Cemetery. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
