Thomas Harbin, Sr., a resident of Yountville Veterans Home, passed away on Friday, November 4, at St. Helena Hospital in St. Helena, California. No local services will be held. Burial to be in Campground Cemetery, Bienville, Louisiana. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
