Harold Carter, a resident of Tuolumne, passed away on Saturday, August 13, at a Modesto hospital. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, August 27, 2 PM at Heuton Memorial Chapel. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
