Update at 9:55 a.m.: CAL FIRE reports that the number of personnel on scene has dropped from 636 to 200. Here are the remaining resources:

Hand Crews: 4

Original post at 8:37 a.m.: Sonora, CA – The Dove Fire containment continues to grow, and the acreage remains 226 acres, with all evacuation orders lifted on Wednesday.

CAL FIRE reports that overnight, firefighters used infrared images to locate and extinguish hot spots within the fire’s perimeter. They added, “As gains in containment are achieved, suppression repair resources have begun.” Here are the latest evacuation warnings:

The Tuolumne CRC shelter is closed, and Stockton Road is fully open. The only road closure connected to the Dove Fire is Southgate Drive, at the TUD gate, which has been designated a no-parking area to maintain access for fire suppression resources, utility crews, and emergency vehicles. Access to the residential areas is allowed.
