Extra law enforcement will be in those areas throughout the afternoon as residents return to their homes.
Highway 120 will still remain closed from Buck Meadows to 1 ½ miles east of White Wolf. Highway 120, from Ferretti Road to Buck Meadows, remains open to residents that have homes or businesses.
The Rim Fire is over 235K acres and is 75% contained.
