Groveland, CA – The Rim Fire Incident Command is holding another community meeting this time in Groveland. It will be held at the Tenaya Elementary School at 19177 Highway 120 at 6pm. Fire Officials will give the latest information regarding the Rim Fire suppression efforts.
There will be a representative from both the Incident Command and the Stanislaus National Forest on hand to give the update and field questions. The public is encouraged to attend.
Incident Command held a similar meet just this past Sunday in Twain Harte. They also held two town hall meetings with in Sonora in August with fire officials and community leaders answering the public’s questions and concerns.
